Tell us about your project and what you're drawn to. We'll pull relevant materials and samples ahead of time so you have a tailored starting point when you arrive.

We start with your space
What's staying? What's changing? How do you use the room? What isn't working now? Your designer gets to know your space, style, priorities, and budget before narrowing down materials.

We explore the showroom together
See kitchen, bath, and bar displays and compare materials, colors, textures, and finishes side by side. Your designer helps you find combinations that work together instead of choosing every element on its own.

We narrow down your favorites
Your designer will help you narrow the possibilities to a few strong directions. Take samples home to see how they look in your space, under your lighting, and next to anything you've already chosen.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There's no fee, deposit, or design retainer. You'll spend about an hour with a staff designer, with no purchase required.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Take samples home, see how they look in your space, and come back when you're ready. There's no pressure to make a purchase during your consultation.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. Bring a few photos of your space or inspiration you've saved, and your designer will help you narrow down the possibilities and find a direction that feels right.
Should I know my budget before I come in?
No. If you have a budget in mind, bring it with you and we can help you explore options within that range. If you're still figuring out what your project might cost, that's okay too.
What kinds of projects can you help with?
We can help with kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, basement bars, outdoor spaces, whole-home projects, and more. Whether you're choosing one material or coordinating several, your designer can help you find options that work together.
Can you help me coordinate materials I've already chosen?
Yes. Bring anything you've already selected, such as a cabinet sample, paint color, flooring, or fixture finish. Your designer can help you compare new materials alongside those choices.
Do I need measurements?
No. Rough measurements can help when discussing options and approximate costs, but they aren't required. You can come in with nothing more than a few photos of your space.
How long does the consultation take?
Plan on about an hour. Larger projects, such as multiple rooms or a whole home, may take longer. Let us know what you're working on when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring my contractor, builder, or designer?
Absolutely. Having everyone look at the same materials together can make decisions easier and may save you another trip.

We supply the materials and can connect you with contractors we've worked with and trusted for decades.
Can I just walk in instead?
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome during showroom hours. Booking ahead simply gives your designer time to learn about your project and pull relevant samples before you arrive.
